THE CENTRAL JERSEY CHAPTER
82ND AIRBORNE DIVISION ASSOCIATION (ALL AIRBORNE CHAPTER)

On behalf of the Chapter I would like to welcome you and congratulate you on your decision to be a part of this great organization. Our Chapter encompasses Union, Somerset, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Chapter was formed in 1981 as the Jersey Pineland Devils Chapter and Chartered the Central Jersey Chapter on 14 August 1982. We have a Color Guard that participates in parades and ceremonies throughout the year to include St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, D-Day, Basilone Day and Veterans Day.
Our membership spans the generations from WWII to present day Paratroopers and our members include Troopers from just about every unit in the Airborne community to include the 101st, 173rd (ABN), 187th (RCT), Special Forces, and others hence the term All-Airborne. Member benefits include quarterly subscription to the Paraglide, 82nd Airborne Assocition embossed credit card through Bank of America (for qualified applicants), Bass Hotels and Resorts discount card, All American Week, National Convention, and Regional conferences open invitations, Scholarships to recently released veterans and children of veteran and active duty members ($120,000 awarded in 2009), and congregating with your fellow Paratroopers. We provide meals at no cost for deploying/returning Troops at our annual Fort Dix picnic and fed over 250 in 2009 departing for Iraq that evening.
The State of New Jersey has Airborne license plates for our life members should you be interested in obtaining a new set of tags for your vehicle.
We meet quarterly with dates and location posted on the website calendar. It is our sincere hope that you can attend and we hope to see you there.
Should you have any further questions please feel free to call me at 732-930-5135 or email CJCWebsite@aol.com

Again welcome and I hope you will take an active part in the Chapter.

Airborne!

Given recent posts In Dan Leonard's absence I have decided to make myself semi-available to assist with any issues you are not getting resolution on within the Chapter. Understand that I am leading a highly mobile overworked lifestyle and it may take some time to work on your issue. With this in mind you may contact me via email at 504dige@live.com
Fraternally,
Erik Dige, Past Chairman, Secretary

Good afternoon. My name is Judi Jados and I am trying to ascertain if the Harold Kraushar pictured on your site once lived in Crestwood Village in Manchester Township. My husband was hired to clear out stuff from his home and found certain items of importance. One is a Parachute Diploma dated October 1942. Other items were in the box and we have held them for 10 years. I feel that if this is the right man, he would want them returned. I can be reached at jjados@pemb.org or mrsjados@yahoo.com. Hope to hear from someone.

Greetings:
Not sure if you are aware but there is an ABN unit at the Kelly Reserve Center @ Ft. Dix (Rt. 68 Gate) where you are having your picnic. We are drilling on 9/11 and are set to have a jump onto Coyle DZ off Rt. 72. You may want to stop by and recruit or sell T-Shirts as I am certain you can pick up a few members from us. Soft landings.
